MEMBERSHIP AND PRIVACY CONSENT TEXT

This membership agreement constitutes an electronic contract between users of the Hümeyra Avcı Real Estate website and the company. Every user who registers on the site is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership Process

The user acknowledges that the information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date. The user is solely responsible for any consequences arising from incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information.

2. Privacy Consent

As a member;

• The processing of your personal data within the scope of the KVKK,

• Sending information, campaign, and advertising messages via email, SMS, and telephone.

• Personalization of the services and content we offer

you are deemed to have accepted with your express consent.

3. Termination of the Agreement

Users have the right to cancel their membership at any time. After cancellation of membership, personal data will be securely deleted from the system at the end of the legal retention period.

4. Authority and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Antalya shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the parties.
